"Mrs S rang AUBD this morning and was given Shane's number amongst others. She contacted Shane who then came almost immediately and fitted some grab rails in Mrs S shower. Mrs S is really delighted at the speed and efficiency. Mrs S has now recommended Shane to a friend."

"Shane's work is of a high standard and his service is very good, for example, staying on to deal with any issues that might have cropped up during a job. He is also very considerate with the associated issues, like offering to help move furniture back. I would recommend him to anyone needing general building work or specific building projects."

"we first came across shane whilst having our bathroom installed and he was the plasterer used by our plumber.
Shane impressed us with his work & dedication as he had to finish well into a friday night....
Since then we have used him on two more occaisiona and he will be our first stop for any further work.
Not coming from the area finding Shane was great as he is reliable , trustworthy and best of all his work is of a very high standard.
If i had elderly parents i would be happy to have him do work for them.
He is also very reasonable & tidy which is not common in tradesmen.

"Mrs C of Nottingham called The Age Concern Business Directory to ask for a plumber/builder. She contacted Premier to help sort out a leak in the kitchen. The leak turned out to be far worse than Mrs C had initially thought but Premier were very helpful and sorted out the leak and all the problems it caused in the kitchen. Premier kept Mrs C and her husband informed of proceedings all the time. Mrs C is very grateful to Age Concern Business Directroy for giving her the number for Premier. Mrs C and her husnad would recommend this company to all older people and will use them again if she needs to."

"Shane came along by word of mouth to give me a quote for several small plastering jobs I needed doing around the house in the bedrooms and on the landing. He issued me with a very competetive quote for the job and stuck to the price after completion even though he encountered one or two little extra bits he had to do. He arrived early and worked hard, with only ONE cup of tea all day, very economical I thought, and he finished in the time scale he set. Very good, pleasant, hard worker and good to do business with. Would recommend to anyone."

"We have been in our house for just over two years and in that time Premier Property has done a lot of work for us including external rendering and painting, internal plastering, painting and tiling. The house has been transformed and work is always completed to a very high standard, we will definately have more work done by Premier Property.
We have no problem trusting Shane with keys and he is a pleasure to have around. He is very reliable, easy to contact and offers a very good rate for his work.
We highly recommend Premier Property and family members have been very happy with all aspects of the service they have received from Shane."

"Shane did an excellent job of plastering my hallway, landing, stairs and ceilings. I felt that his quote was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the end result. He was recommended to me by one of my family members as he had plastered most of their house so I was able to see his work before asking him for a quote! My boyfriend works in the building trade and is therefore a nightmare in terms of being a perfectionist! I'm pleased to say that he is very happy with his work and we plan to have him back when we start on the kitchen. I was able to leave Shane with my keys while I went out and felt confident to do so. He is now in the process of doing my neighbour's house on my recommendation! "
