"We have a 5 year old American style fridge freezer which came up with an error message and was not cooling either the fridge or freezer compartments. I called ACC and Trevor was initially sceptical about the diagnosis but sounded very knowledgeable, took the model details and arranged to come and assess the unit. He arrived as arranged and dismantled the circuit board and identified the blown circuit. Instead of ordering a new board which would have cost around £150 he repaired and reinstalled the board. Hey presto a working fridge freezer and we were only charged for an hour of Trevor’s time. Will recommend Trevor to friends and family – he is very knowledgeable, keeps you informed of what he is doing and makes decisions based on what is best for his customer. Excellent!"

"Mrs L of Nottingham called to say:

ACC Electrical were brilliant! He came out the same day, worked out exactly what was wrong and had got the parts and fixed the problem just two days later. The oven is now like new, and the whole thing was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend ACC Electrical to anyone."
