We are a small local community based service that can offer you personal care in your own home and also respite care, and support with local social activities, short breaks, holidays in the UK and international holidays. We will work with you, supporting your right to design services and to access opportunities that people living without a disability or ill health take for granted, and because of our very small size we can assure you of a personalised, creative, individually tailored and flexible approach. At Break Barriers we know that your choice and control matters.
